"Go anywhere else!! I've used State Farm for almost 2 decades. This place is almost impossible to get anyone on the phone who can do even simple policy adjustments, they insist they need to "call you back" every time. I've been fighting for weeks just trying to simply add a car to my policy. App won't allow it, website won't allow it. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere they will value your business. Will be canceling my policy as soon as I can finally get someone to give me the time of day."
