"Just called to ask about a potential insurance monthly price deduction. I'm in my 20s and still learning about the insurance world. Conor helped me by explaining my questions about each coverage and also gave me really good advice. Definitely will consider switching back to State Farm after this interaction. It's rare to see patient people with a good heart and that sympathize with your current issues. Thankfully he was very understanding and extremely friendly. When I'm able to switch providers, I will be looking forward to getting his further help."

"My agent Conor didn’t properly send documents for my policy, and told me they would take care of it the one time they emailed me back about it after I received a notice of cancellation in the mail. Then after weeks of them not responding to my emails asking for an update, my policy got cancelled and now I’m left scrambling. Also called several times and was told someone would call me back and no one ever did."

"This review is based on my experience working with Adam. My most recent home insurance provider dropped me because they are moving out of the state. I called Adam and I'm so glad I did! He's without a doubt the best insurance agent I've worked with since I've owned a home. And I've worked with (or gotten quotes from) many over the past few years, due to the state of the industry in Florida. Right off the bat, Adam was incredibly helpful, not only explaining what I could expect in terms of coverage and premium, but also providing insight into how rates are calculated, as well as the reasoning behind the current issues in the industry. His response time is the best I've seen - whenever I have a question via e-mail or voice-mail, I always receive an immediate reply. And when it looked for a short time like State Farm might not be able to cover me, Adam offered to put me in touch with a different insurance company that might be able to help. Luckily, everything worked out and State Farm was able to provide coverage. I'm even trying to move my car insurance to State Farm, since I've been so impressed with Adam's service. I highly recommend reaching out to Adam if you're in the market for insurance. You won't be disappointed!"
