Hi, I'm Katelyn, and I've started my insurance journey with the Chris Vella Team! As the friendly face at the front desk, I'm here to assist our customers in any way I can. Whether it's processing payments or making sure everyone has a hot cup of coffee or a cold soda, I strive to make their experience as pleasant as possible.

I love being able to help our customers with whatever they need, including processing payments so they don't fall behind on their bills! My personality is all about bringing cheer into the office. I wake up every day with joy in my heart, and I want to spread that to others. I'm also very organized, so I take pride in keeping the office and customer areas neat and welcoming. Building relationships with our customers is important to me, so my outgoing and people-oriented nature comes in handy.

I live in central Orlando near the airport, which gives me the opportunity to meet people from all over who are visiting Orlando for all of our amazing attractions.

I graduated from college in surgical assistance for the operating room, which has given me a solid foundation for helping others and being detail-oriented in my work. I'm excited to continue learning and growing in the insurance industry!

Hanh has been with the Chris Vella State Farm team since 2018. She is licensed in Property and Casualty and Life insurance & Health insurance. She speaks fluent Vietnamese and English. She is passionate about helping customers understand the importance of carrying adequate coverage to properly protect their family and love ones in case of an unfortunate loss of life, assets, income, or property. Hanh is also experienced with helping our senior community in the Orlando area understand their healthcare options when turning 65 or older. Hanh likes to spend her free time tending to her garden. Hi, I’m John! I help manage everyday risk with Auto Insurance, Fire Insurance, Life Insurance and Health Insurance options as an Account Representative. I also work with our Customer Care team to help serve you. I live in Winter Park and graduated from UCF after playing lacrosse at the Florida Institute of Technology. I coach lacrosse at Boone High School, my alma mater. I feel the need to give back to my community and I enjoy every opportunity.

Daniela has been a member of the Chris Vella State Farm team since 2018. She is currently studying Business with a Finances emphasis. Her main focus is Auto insurance and Renters insurance, but is able to service all customer needs in the Orlando area. She speaks both English and Spanish.

I have worked in the insurance industry for over 35 years, holding professional-technical and management roles in various departments, including Underwriting, Claims, Human Resources, and Agency Recruiting. For the past 19 years, I've had the pleasure of recruiting exceptional State Farm agents across the country. Currently, I work at the Chris Vella Agency as a Financial Services Representative, where I introduce both current and new customers to all our Financial Services products.

I focus on and thoroughly enjoy helping customers with Life and health, as well as the full range of Financial Services we provide. I bring a positive, relationship-focused approach to the office, always aiming to brighten the day of everyone I encounter. I believe in the power of a smile and strive to create a welcoming and uplifting environment.

Originally from Central Florida, I now reside in Birmingham, AL, but I'm eagerly looking forward to relocating back to the Orlando area soon. I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management from Saint Leo University in Dade City, FL. Additionally, I've completed several classes toward a master's degree in industrial and organizational psychology, which I aim to finish within the next year or so.

Community involvement is important to me. I have served as a worship leader and team member at my church for many years, as well as a virtual service host. I've also been active in local chambers and professional organizations and look forward to engaging with professional groups in Central Florida upon my return.

Alexsandra has been a member of the Chris Vella State Farm team since 2017. She has recently graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Psychology and she still resides in the Orlando area. Her main focus is Car insurance, Renters insurance and Life insurance, but is able to service all customer’s needs. She speaks both English and Spanish.

I've been working in the insurance industry since September 2020, primarily focusing on property and casualty coverage. My role in the office is to provide remote administrative support, including obtaining policy documents and making necessary changes to ensure our customers' coverage and policies remain accurate and up-to-date.

Although I'm not local to Florida, I reside in Raleigh, NC. I graduated from Coastal Carolina University in Conway, SC, where I developed a solid foundation for my career in insurance.

I've been immersed in the insurance world for three years now, focusing on finding the right insurance packages for your vehicle, home, and life. As a multilingual representative, I strive to make sure everyone gets the coverage they need in a language they're comfortable with.

Home for me is Orlando, where I live with my wonderful wife and our two sons. We're proud Lake Nona locals, and I'm especially proud of my time at Lake Nona High School, where I made history as the first four-year varsity letterman in football.

Beyond work, you can find me deeply involved with St. Isaac Jogues Church and hitting the pavement in local races—I'm a passionate marathon runner, always chasing that next goal.

I have 3 years of insurance experience, focusing on Auto and Home insurance. While I may not live in the immediate area, I call the historic district of St. Cloud home, and I'm proud to be part of such a vibrant community. I graduated from Colonial High School and hold a pharmacy technician license from Concord Career Institute, along with my 4-40 insurance license.
